For Bet365 telephone sportsbook bets 'acceptance confirmed' will be deemed only after an operator has completed a full read back of the bet details and confirmed to the customer that the bet has been processed.

The Bet365 'To Win' calculation is for information only and all Bet365 bets will be calculated using the stake/risk at the odds accepted. In multiple bets/parlays with a void selection(s) the 'To Win' figure is reduced accordingly.

A Bet365 wager is not valid until a transaction code is issued. The Bet365 transaction code will appear on the screen. If you are unsure about the validity of a wager please check your open bets or contact Bet365 sportsbook.

Should a dispute arise, you and Bet365 sportsbook agree that the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters. All Bet365 sportsbook odds, lines and handicaps are subject to fluctuation and become fixed only at the time of bet acceptance. Where a palpable error or system failure results in an incorrect price, line or handicap taken in a bet, the bet or that part of the bet if it is a multiple bet/parlay will be void. If the error is noticed in time, Bet365 sportsbook will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct odds/line/handicap.

Bet365 sportsbook reserves the right to suspend a market at anytime. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. Bet365 sportsbook also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice. Bet365 sportsbook reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud Bet365. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, Bet365 reserves the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

Credit and Discrepancies on Bet365 sportsbook

No credit will be offered by any employee of Bet365 sportsbook and all bets must be supported by sufficient funds in the customer account. Bet365 sportsbook reserves the right to void any bet which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform Bet365 sportsbook without delay. Where a customer gives ambiguous instructions Bet365 sportsbook reserves the right to split the amount of monies staked between the potential outcomes. Where this is impractical Bet365 reserves the right to void the whole of that bet. In any event the decision of Bet365 sportsbook is final.
